Orders can only be delivered within Cyprus.

1.1 Home Accessories

Standard Delivery Fee: 2.50 EUR

Free Delivery: For orders over 100 EUR

  1. Orders below 100 EUR are subject to a delivery fee of 2.50 EUR, unless otherwise stated during promotions. This fee is added to the total amount before checkout.
  2. OBLIQ generally ships using its own courier service or another shipping company upon request. However, once the parcel is handed over to a third party, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or failure of delivery.
  3. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 working days, but additional time may be required for cities like Larnaca, Paphos, and rural areas. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. For urgent deliveries, please contact OBLIQ directly.
  4. A shipping address and contact person must be provided where the goods can be delivered during normal business hours, typically between 9:00-19:00, unless otherwise requested. The order process is completed once the goods are delivered to the given address. A contact number is required to coordinate delivery times. If the delivery address needs to be changed, please contact us directly for confirmation.
  5. If our driver cannot deliver the order for any reason, it will be returned to the store, and we reserve the right to process a refund.
  6. Due to tailored delivery conditions for each client, we cannot comply with specific shipping deadlines. If this is an issue, we will be happy to withdraw your order.

1.2 Furniture

Free Delivery: Across all Cyprus for all furniture sales

  1. OBLIQ ships using its own courier service or another shipping company upon request. However, once the parcel is handed over to a third party, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or failure of delivery.
  2. Delivery typically occurs within 10 working days, depending on the item's volume. OBLIQ will contact the buyer immediately. This timeframe excludes weekends and public holidays. For urgent deliveries, please contact OBLIQ directly.
  3. A shipping address and contact person must be provided where the goods can be delivered during normal business hours, typically between 9:00-19:00, unless otherwise requested. The order process is completed once the goods are delivered to the given address. If the delivery address needs to be changed, please contact us for confirmation.
  4. If our driver cannot deliver the order for any reason, it will be returned to the store, and we reserve the right to process a refund.

2.1 Home Accessories

Returns and refunds are processed if items are returned in good condition, in their original packaging, and unused.

We accept returns and refunds on all sales unless stated otherwise during promotions.

To process your return, please contact OBLIQ directly via phone, email, or Instagram. Items should be returned in the same condition as delivered. Note that we do not offer a return service unless it is agreed that the item(s) were not in the expected condition. Returns are only accepted during OBLIQ's opening hours.

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s). We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition and with original packaging.

For items purchased during promotions or on sale, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the product(s). We guarantee a refund if the product(s) are returned in perfect condition and original packaging.

We apologize for any issues with your order. Please contact us and attach images of the wrong/faulty items for investigation. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue.

2.2 Furniture

Exchange policy within 10 calendar days from delivery of goods. All exchanged goods must be unused and unaltered.

  1. PAYMENTS

The purchase price may be paid by credit card or gift card. OBLIQ reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods, refer to other payment methods, or introduce additional payment methods. The payment pages on our site are secure, allowing you to safely enter your card details to pay for your order.

OBLIQ accepts credit cards from VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Processing is carried out via an external payment service provider. After entering your credit card data, an additional confirmation screen from your bank with all payment data is displayed. You must complete the authentication procedure of your bank and confirm the payment by entering a security code. Further information on the authentication procedure can be obtained from your bank. The customer is liable for any additional costs arising through their fault in the use of the chosen payment method, such as return debit. If paying by credit card, OBLIQ will debit the purchase price after receiving the order.

Payment with vouchers is subject to the voucher conditions set out in Section4

If using a gift card and the amount does not cover the order cost, you can pay the remaining amount with another accepted method.

If using a gift card, we suggest using the whole amount as we do not offer gift cards with a remaining balance unless you visit our physical store.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms outline the rules and regulations for purchasing, using, and redeeming gift cards on our website and at our physical store.

Types of Gift Cards:

Digital Gift Cards: Sent to the recipient via email.

Physical Gift Cards: Delivered to the recipient's address.

Validity: Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase, with the expiration date clearly indicated on the gift card.

Purchasing Gift Cards: Gift cards can be purchased through our website or at our physical store. They cannot be purchased using other gift cards.

Redeeming Gift Cards: Gift cards can be redeemed online or at our physical store. For online purchases, enter the gift card code at checkout. For in-store purchases, present the physical or digital gift card at the register.

Usage Guidelines: We recommend using the gift card for purchases equal to or exceeding the card's value. If the purchase amount is less than the gift card's value, a remaining balance gift card can only be issued in our physical store, not online.

Restrictions: Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Returns and Refunds: Items purchased with a gift card are subject to our standard return policy. Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be issued as store credit.
